NORMAN'S INTERSTATE 35 CORRIDOR
A myriad of shopping centers, big box retailers, car dealerships, and dining options are located along Interstate 35 in Norman. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) recently completed its work along I-35 through Norman, including widening and major interchange reconstruction at the Main Street and Lindsey Street interchanges. More than 88 thousand cars per day travel through Norman on Interstate 35.
UNIVERSITY NORTH PARK
The University North Park District is a 2-mile stretch of interstate frontage along Interstate 35 in Norman, Oklahoma. It is accessible by two interchanges, Robinson Street on the south and Tecumseh on the north. In 2011, the Rock Creek Bridge over Interstate 35 was built, allowing traffic from Norman's affluent west-side direct access to the district. The southern half of the development is predominantly retail-focused and is home to the Young Family Athletic Center, (NORMAN FORWARD project), Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center and three additional hotels. The northern half is planned for mixed use development and will include the Norman Economic Development Center's Corporate Centre.

ED NOBLE PARKWAY
With unhampered visibility along Interstate 35, Ed Noble Parkway is home to several big box stores, junior anchors, hotels, and free-standing restaurants. Anchoring the corridor is Parkway Plaza, our city's first power center, was built in 1996. The corridor runs along the west side of Interstate 35 between Main Street & Lindsey Street. Two new Single-Point Urban Interchanges or SPUI (pronounced "Spooey") were recently completed at these interchanges; the Main Street in 2014 and the Lindsey Street in 2017. These interchanges are designed to accommodate large volumes of traffic very efficiently, allowing easy access to Ed Noble Parkway for the thousands of vehicles that travel along I-35 each day.
